Who is Mark Bourgeois?

Mark Bourgeois is dedicated to helping build and develop purpose-driven companies to reflect the soul of their unique brand and guide the inspiration and practical expression of that organization.

For over thirty years, Bourgeois has enjoyed connecting for-profit companies with non-profit organizations so that both can realize their joint vision of creating a greater good and social responsibility, concentrating on their mutual partnership.

Mark Bourgeois has led a unique and successful career.

  • In his first 14 years, Bourgeois spent in the pharmaceutical industry, working for Novartis and Warner-Lambert. Mark worked his way up from an entry-level sales role to senior management via six promotions. In his last position with the company, Bourgeois, with the help of many, helped launch a new heart cholesterol-lowering medicine that became the nation’s largest selling medication of all time, with more than $125 billion in sales over 14 1/2 years.
  • After the sale of Warner-Lambert to Pfizer, Bourgeois moved into the finance sector. He was a Managing Director and eventually CEO of several global firms, including UBS and Atlantic Pacific.  
  • Over the last few years, Bourgeois has invested in multiple young companies and has served on the board of several companies to utilize his experience to support and guide their navigation to achieve profitable growth.  
  • A consistent passion and defining purpose of Mark Bourgeois has been to help those less fortunate in tangible ways so as to bring unity and opportunity to many.
  • Mark has been married for 37 years to Melissa. They have four children and three grandchildren
